We at Indian Dazzle generally deliver our items to any postal address worldwide. Our Courier partners do not deliver to the P.O. Box address, so please provide your complete street address with pin code/zip code, contact numbers, and email ID.
Our Courier Partners are DHL, FEDEX, Blue Dart, etc.
Key Points to Remember:
Shipment Time: We have mentioned the Shipping days on each product page and the average shipping time is 10-12 business days. If you are selecting the custom stitching service then it will take 5-7 days extra.
Transit Time: The shipping time differs for each product mentioned on the product page. If you are ordering more than one item/product, you might get them in multiple packaging on different days, due to the delivery locations and item availability. Generally, to provide safety in transit the items are not shipped together so you might get more than one shipment to your delivery address.
Shipping Charge: Our shipping charges are Flat $10 per product out of India. For India, we charge Rs.150 INR per product.
Tax and Custom Duties: According to the Local Rules, these taxes may be applied depending on the country. These charges will be paid by the customer to our courier partner at the time of delivery because these charges are ungovernable.
Shipping and Tracking Details: Once the order is placed on our website, we will share the order details over the email address you gave in the shipping address.
Delay in Shipping: We understand the importance of on-time delivery and work in the same direction to deliver the product on or before the delivery date. However, delays may occur due to some situations where things are outside our control. In this case, we won't be able to provide Replacement, Return, Refund, and Exchange. However, we will provide Store Credits which you can use for further shopping on our website.
But in case, where the order is not fulfilled due to the unavailability of the product or our inability to resolve the order in a certain time, we will provide a Refund.
