Cancellation and Refund Policy

We at Indian Dazzle, try our best to ensure that you have the best shopping experience while purchasing our products. But there are times when you could want to return your item for some unforeseen conditions, regardless of our attempts to keep our buyers happy. So, in case, you want to cancel your order, or seek a refund, please go through the below-mentioned points of our Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Refund Policy:

If the order at delivery is wrong or damaged, only then we offer a refund to the customer. If the delivered product is correct in size and color as the customer gave, then no refund will be provided.

If in case any other issue occurs from our side, then we can replace the product or refund the amount via store credit or the payment source.

Cancellation Policy:

Once the order is placed, the customer can cancel it only within 24 hours. After receiving the order cancellation request we will need at least 4 business days to initiate the refund.
